Ezekiel bread isn't gluten free. I'm stickin' it in the fridge until the 4th week.
detox: week 1- Clean up your diet by eliminating sugar, junk food, alcohol, high-fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated fats, & caffeine.
This is the week I am finishing today...I just kinda jumped ahead with the GDE free. Caffeine and alcohol were not a struggle for me since water has always been my drink of choice. So I'm technically still OK since I can eat gluten this week.
Phase 1: 3 weeks long- helps you quickly reset your metabolism by removing potential food sensitivities (gluten, dairy & eggs) and moving towards whole foods. This is where you should lose 6-11 pounds over the 3 weeks. I'm ahead of the game (score!).
Phase 2: The rest of your life. You start to reeducate your body and program your genes to lose weight and keep it off. Stick to whole foods but slowly reintroduce all of the foods to which you may have a hidden allergy or sensitivity. Monitor your body's response.
