That day was Sunday. We were coming home from Peter's parents', about 8pm and I said, "Let's do it." "I don't want to ask." "I'll do it." They were a couple months expired. Now the debate was
A) collect all 9 food items and then show up at the register gambling they will except them
or
B) ask if they will accept them before running around the store searching for the particular items.
I went with a form of B. I approached the lady and flashed my coupons. Before I got out 5 words, she said, "Yes you can use them all at once. Was that your question? That's usually the question." That wasn't my question but since she was the store manager, if I had any problems at the register I now had verbal confirmation from Helen that I could use my coupons. That was enough for me so I said "yes" and Peter went to get the cart. 20 minutes later we were at the register with sliced bacon, 8 piece BBQ chicken, 24 pack of water bottles, a 100 watt light bulb, 3 pack paper towels, a dozen white roses, orange juice, a bag of carmel kisses, wheat bread and a half gallon of ice cream. We paid just over $4 (ice cream and CRV tax) and scooted outta there before they had time to read the fine print. SCORE! It was about $50 worth of food and house hold items that we are happy to use and consume.

Guess what!! I just ran out of storage space?!?!! I have to buy more storage space cause apparently I have maxed out my picture capacity. Sad day. I'll figure out a solution. Well, I feel like we could have ended on a better picture...ha. This cracks me up.
