I heart Dinner Parties

Maybe you're really sharp and have already figured this one out for yourself:

I LOVE DECORATING.

Notice I'm not claiming to be exceptional at it or anything since it's all a matter of personal preference but I love, love, love to decorate/arrange/rearrange...you name it!

Well, when we have guests over it's 2ffer time! That's short for "Two for One" for those who haven't seen the Disneyland billboards. 

1. I get to have friends/family over.

2. I get to "decorate" the table!!!!

I won't admit how closely tied these two facts are for fear of judgement but let's just say the first thing I do when I get confirmed plans people are coming is set the table. Fo shizzzzle. All that money on dishes and bowls and pitchers and linens and napkins and napkin rings from wedding showers...NOT a waste at the Styffe house! Oh no!

It also might be confirmed that white roses are in my top 5 favorite flowers category. When I stood at the mini flower market Costco put on display with the "pick some" option Peter gave me just before Valentine's, I tried to choose something different. But since Mama's favorite flowers are white roses and I'm crazy about my mama, I was automatically drawn to them. I truly tried to be my own person and pick something else. Couldn't do it. She's right; they were the prettiest option. Peter kept pointing out the bright orange roses. I understood his admiration for them but (get ready to roll your eyes) the white ones just looked so much more organic...natural...close to the earth. Did you roll your eyes? Am I killin ya? Sorry.

FYI: If you're comin' to a Styffe Shindig and Tiff is on the "accepted invite" list, fellow guests are in for a scrumptious treat. 

Meet New-B yet soon to be the up&coming Baker Beauty Extraordinaire(!!!)--Tiffany Higgins,

 aka my fav sister. 

We have bounced around the idea of joining forces and doing some sort of party planning/decorating/tasty dessert business package for weddings or showers or anything of the sort. It'd be fun and we'd balance each other well since we're kinda exact opposites. Maybe some day.
