I love it!
I think it is so awesome!
It feels so good!
I love being around other people!
It's a chance to take a break during the day!
It's becoming one of the highlights of my day!
Recess duty, that is.
I decided this week that I moved from
dreading duty in the beginning of the school year to
being indifferent about it to
loving it!
I get to hang out with the kids. I cheer them on in their handball games. I watch the girls' headbands fly off as they spin around like mad on the bars. The kids always come up with new games to play on the lines of the basketball court. I love it all. The sun feels so cozy and warm after being inside all morning. It is a good thing and if God ever wants me to be a real teacher some day, I might just have to go out and do the duty every now and again just for the pure pleasure of it.
