We woke up early the next morning but not before the sun came up because we discovered that was a little more risky when it comes to hitting animals. Peter really wanted to see a bull elk and guess what! We found 3! They were right beside the road...some in it and we loved the experience. Did you know they shed their antlers every year! Every year those things grow back. That's a lot of growth!
Peter bought a bookmark at the store and needed to verify it's accuracy.
That's my honey for ya.
This was the best. There was road construction and we were parked in the road for about 20 minutes. That didn't stop our progress! Mom grilled up some quesadillas for lunch while we waited. Have I mentioned the RV is pretty darn awesome?

Peter was hoping for some big thunderstorms. A few drops fell and Mom saw some bolts of lighting but it was pretty mild for how dark it looked. I loved "big sky country". I took lots of cloud pictures.

Next stop, National Park #4- BRYCE
But on the way to Bryce:
Jackson Hole, Idaho, Utah, & the best campsite ever that we happened to stumble upon.
